Pharmacy Technician Certification Board
Check your state’s regulations to ensure the PTCB’s exam, PTCE, (not the ICPT’s EXCPT) is accepted by your state and for additional pharmacy tech certification steps. Those who become a certified pharmacy technician, CPhT, have to renew their certification every two years by completing continuing education requirements. These requirements are satisfied through several PTCB-approved entities, which is listed on their website.
